We retain access to certain data (e.g., website content, server logs) as necessary to provide ongoing maintenance and hosting services.

3. Your Responsibilities

As a user or client of our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the Services.
  • Ensure that any content you provide is lawful, non-infringing, and does not violate third-party rights.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing information and pay all fees on time.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services, and we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be handled as outlined in your service agreement or as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide for use in the Services. By providing content, you grant Airevsol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display this content solely to provide the Services.
  • Our Materials: All materials created by Airevsol remain our property or that of our licensors unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.
  • Third-Party Materials: If we incorporate third-party tools or content, you are responsible for complying with their respective licenses.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Website or Services to:

  • Engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Upload or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airevsol, its affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Alberta.
